Ann earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Montana, graduating with honors in 1996.  She graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 1999.  Since then, Ann has been in private practice handling a wide variety of civil cases in state district court, federal court, tribal court, administrative agencies, the Montana Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Ann is a 2005 graduate of Montana Trial Attorneys’ Academy of Young Lawyers.  Ann has served as a Women’s Law Caucus mentor through the University of Montana for several years.  She has been a presenter at legal education seminars on the topics of insurance coverage, identity theft, and motor vehicle accident claims.  Ann is a member of American Association for Justice, Montana State Bar, Northwest Montana Bar Association, Montana Trial Lawyers Association, and 20th Judicial District Bar.
